1979 Johnson X-boat $1200

1981 Johnson MC Scow
MC scow with glass hull and aluminum spars, set up for racing with all the proper vangs. We have 3 sets of sails 2 for everyday sailing and 1 new for racing. The boat is in fine condition with a new mooring cover and a trailer is included Vintage but with new bearings and spare tire. We are in our 70s and have retired from sailing.

C-Scow - 96 Melges
Now being sailed as M-8 on MYC. Still very competitive as we got a 2nd and 4th in races at the Interlake regatta in 2008. Completely refitted in 2004, everything rigged and works just like a new boat. One old practice sail, one good heavy wind said, one very good I-1 medium air sail. Full deck cover, no trailer.

MC Scow #1159 (1988)
1988 Johnson MC #1159. I have sailed this boat for the pasts six years on Medicine lake in Plymouth (MLSC). When not sailing, the boat has always been on a lift. The hull is in excellent condition and the deck is in very good condition. There is one older Melges and one newer North sail (3 seasons). All controls are back to the skipper (i.e., vang, cunningham, outhaul, boards and of course traveler and main sheet). All hardware and lines are in very good shape. The wood components have been refinished (splash rail, tiller and boom crutch) and the boat is ready to sail for the '09 season. There is also a full deck cover and boom tent. Hull and deck are white. Deck has black, gray and pink strip back to cockpit. I recently repacked the trailer wheel bearings. The trailer also has as spare tire.
The price of $1800.00 includes trailer and sail float.
